Production Manager / Manufacturing Manager
Position: Production Controller
Location: HCMC, Vietnam
ROLE: To control the flow of production through the manufacturing facility ensuring efficient and effective use of people, machines and materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Launch materials into production on a daily basis.
b) Schedule customer orders to satisfy delivery commitments.
c) Maintain optimal levels of material inventory.
d) Develop, analyse and monitor an appropriate suite of KPI’s.
e) Working with the manufacturing team, identify and implement improvement activities.
f) Reduce lead times where appropriate. Actively participate in improving internal and external communication channels.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Must speak Vietnamese Fluently.
b) Production control experience.
c) Good working knowledge of stock control systems.
d) Comprehensive understanding of capacity constraints.
e) Proven exposure to a fast moving, changeable environment.
f) Excellent IT skills.
g) Able to communicate at all levels.
h) Strong intellect and numeracy skills
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) A manufacturing background.
b) Mapics MRP report generation software.
c) Advanced Excel skills (pivot table, lookups)
You may have experience in the following roles:
Manufacturing Analyst, Production Planner, Production Scheduler, Material Co-ordinator, Inventory Controller, Manufacturing Manager, Production Controller, Production Control, Production Team Leader.
**Candidate will receive training at our Los Angeles Headquarters. Upon successful completion, the candidate will transfer to our HCMC production facilites.
